"Start Over" option when attempting to view active recording

We have "The Voice" recording 4/18 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. We finished watching a different show and went to watch "The Voice" at 8:25. Went into Saved / Recording / The Voice / and was not presented the option to "Start Over", viewing the show from the beginning. We did see an option for Episodes, but when we selected it and selected today's episode, we were taken to the current time in the show. We also had "Lucifer" recording. If we went to the same page for "Lucifer" we did have the option to "Start Over". After about 15 minutes of my wife paging back and forth, lo and behold, th eoption to "Start Over" did present itself on "The Voice" recording. Is this an indication that we have issues with our cable box? We just recently upgraded to the new voice activated Contour system. If not the box, what other issues could it be?
