Speed test

I have been having trouble with my internet speeds today especially when I am streaming videos and movies and used the test in cox's internet tools section as well as test my net and the download speeds were really low. I turned off my modem/router and turned it back on after about 5 minutes, I also cleared my browser and dns cache. As that is usually all I have to do to have my speeds return to normal. The speed tests results were a bit better afterwards but not like they normally are.

Right now my download speeds are 3-6 mbps and my uploads are 0-10 mbps.

I have The Ultimate Tier package and my modem/router model number is DPC3825. I always use a wireless connection.

Is there anything I can do to improve the speeds. So that webpages will load faster and I can go back to streaming movies and videos normally?

For starters I would try a wired connection and see if you get different results. This would at least help us understand better just what type of issue you're experiencing. Also can you visit http://192.168.100.1 and post the signal status results shown please?

Wired results today, 28 mbps download and 9 mbps upload.

Wireless results today, 24 mbps download and 7 mbps upload

I went to http://192.168.100.1, but it failed to load. I went my default gateway ip and got the signal status results from there, hopefully that is what you need. Results posted below.
