(spam) address line
why do all my emails arrive as "(spam) subject line"? How do I get rid of that (spam) designation? these messages aren't spam.

Two things to keep in mind, one the process of reporting items as not being spam is a popularity contest of sorts. If more people are reporting similar items as spam than not spam they will be treated as spam. Two, when reporting items to thisisnotspam@cox.net the original items need to be sent as attachments otherwise the system that processes them won't see anything to process. If you're using webmail the This is not Spam button takes care of this requirement automatically.
