Slow Internet and Routine Disconnects
Hello, for the past few months my internet has been experiencing routine disconnects about 4-5 times per day. These disconnects typically only last a few seconds, but have occasionally lasted nearly a half hour. While mostly just an inconvenience, this occasionally disrupts games I play or movies that I watch, and I'm hoping to find a solution to the problem. Also, I recently upgraded my internet to premier, but according to the speed checkers I have used I am struggling to reach 20 mbps. I'm using a Motorola Surfboard SRG 6580 Modem/Router. Thanks for any help you can provide!
