Showtime Anytime isn't included in our current agreement with Showtime, therefore Showtime doesn't allow access to the app for our customers. Many broadcasters stipulate additional fees for access to their apps. We strive to provide the best possible services at the best price for our customers. I will submit your request for access to the app, email your account info and request to cox.help@cox.com. You can check the News From Cox section of your bill for updates on changes and channel additions.
