Service Code Issue?

I am currently using a brand new SB6183 modem with Ultimate service and only been able to pull 170mbps - 190mbps.  This is directly wired to modem or through Nighthawk router (wired). Is there an issue on my account like:

Or is there anything else I should be trying?

Sounds like a configuration issue to me. There are two Ultimate codes, Ultimate 200 and Ultimate 300. The service code needs to be changed if you upgraded from a 8x4 DOCSIS 3.0 modem to a 16X4 and above modem, which the SB6183 is.

The two ways to fix this is wait for a moderator to respond, or if it has been a few days, contact them direct cox.help@cox.com and include a link to this thread. You can also call up and ask them if time is urgent, but that is hit or miss.
