Self Activation kit fee

Hi, there is an installation fee for pro (a tech is scheduled to come out) or self (no tech needed). For many locations that are already wired for Cox services you can do a self install, however, you are still charged a fee to activate the account. The forums are for customers to discuss technical issues that they have experience with and can help each other.
