Security with MacAfee
I have MacAfee on my computer already. Cox now has MacAfee for security. Will it be a problem if I have both on my computer? I assume I only need one.
Thanks

Yes, it will be a problem. You only need one, and you should only have one. The Cox McAfee is a separate skin and UI then the normal McAfee you get at the store.

Mine won't activate the software from the main page. Keeps giving me an error. I've updated java, removed cookies, restarted...nothing will allow me to get to the mcafee part.

Do you have any problems accessing other tools, like the Cloud Backup?
Also, besides the error, the page looks broken. Does it look that way on your screen, or is that just the result of copy and paste?
Last, how much time do you want to invest in getting Cox's version to work when you have another version you can use? I ask before I start asking you to do things which will probably be some trial and error, while there is a path of less resistance. Is the other version about to run out or something?
