I thought SoHo accounts only got Dynamic IP's. Sure you just not using a DHCP IP as static? Might want to test it here. Type of IP should say static. Doesn't always work, but it would at-least confirm. Also, I could be wrong. Just FYI
But I agree, only way to be sure is to call up and ask. Shouldn't take them that long to find out.
