Second Modem
Would Cox allow me to utilize a second modem, for a single service, to expand wireless coverage within my home? I would like to do this instead of dealing with a Repeater.

Yes it is possible to have a 2nd cable modem however note that Internet service is charged per cable modem. In short this means you'd have to add another monthly Internet service to your account. It would probably be cheaper in the long run to explore ways to extend your existing service.

So, the answer was no, I cannot have an additional modem with a single service. Thank You.
