Scrambling picture
I'm watching Fox Sports West (Angel game) and the picture scrambles ever so often almost like little pixels on the screen. Is it the feed coming into Cox because it has been happening a lot.
How can this be fixed?

This doesn't appear to be a widespread or known issue. Is this happening on all the TV's in the home or just one in particular? Please complete the following to troubleshoot in order to allow us to investigate further.
1. Remove the cable line at the wall and at the back of the box.
2. Remove any splitters from the cable line leading into the receiver & make sure the cable line is a dedicated line going from the wall into the box.
3. Reverse the direction of the cable and reconnect from the wall to the box.
4. Unplug the power cord from either the back of the box or the wall outlet and leave unplugged for three minutes.
5. Plug the power cord back in and allow it to reload (approximately 3-5 minutes).
6. Test your channels and let us know if this appears to fix the issue.
