SB6183 firmware upgrade request

I have the Ultimate internet tier in Virginia Beach VA.I also just provisioned a new retail Arris/Motorola SB6183 last week through the upgrade modem option on the cox website.My speeds are as advertised most of the time but I just want to make sure the modem has the most recent Cox firmware config file for that model.When I upgraded to Ultimate the first time in 2013 I had to get a Tier II rep to manually push the updated firmware. I just need a tier II agent to check my modem.Also the upgrade modem option on the website did not list the 6183 as an option even though it is on the supported list but it still completed provisioning.
