Hello,
It seems on random Monday mornings at two different locations over the past year, my internet turns off at 12am and when I call am told it will be back up by 8am of which when I come back home at 6am, it is already up. I think its a scheduled routine maintenance in the area (both homes in same general area). I work from home and really hate having to drive to the office when this happens unexpectedly when I could have just gone to the office at the start of my shift. Is there anyway I can be emailed the scheduled routine maintenance days in my area or have some alert on my cox account that sends the email or just be told when they happen here?
btw, it happens every few months, often on the second to last or last Monday of the month.
Im in tempe Az.

Based on the times reported that does sound like it's maintenance related activity. At this time however we don't have a resource in place for notifying customers as to specific days maintenance will occur. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Back in the day, Cox did have a network status webpage, of sorts. It was here:
http://www.cox.com/policy/congestionmanagement/
However, that now redirects to something else.
Perhaps the old page could be resurrected?
As I recall, the info was useful.
