returned equipment
I canceled my cable on 6/4 and told the person I could not get to the location to return until at least 6/21 and she told me as long as everything is returned within 30 days. At first she said within two weeks but I told her I hurt my knee moving and then she said that is not a problem as long as it is within 30 days. I returned all my equipment and have the receipt on 6/21 which was 17 days later and I get a bill now for $1, 197.48!!! I am besides myself!! Obviously I am not paying that...please help me resolve this asap!! Thanks, Patti.

As long as they have the equipment, that money should be take off the bill automatically in a few days. But I would suggest calling billingto see if you can get the ball rolling. Squeeky wheel and all that. The worst they will have to do is fill out a form that asks the people in the warehouse to confirm the equipment was returned and then they take the equipment charges off. Another words, I wouldn't worry about it.
