It seems odd the TV won't turn on because of an issue with the cable box. However if that is what is happening we can certainly swap that box out for you if you want to try that.

We have used another box and controller (We have 3 in the House) and it still behaves the same.We cut the power on both the TV and the box and restore the power to both ,it now reboots and everything works as advertised.

Are you using an HDMI connection by any chance? If you have the issue with multiple boxes the only thing left I can think of is the TV is having some kind of HDMI problem.

What do you mean "cannot get it back on". Do you mean you literally cant get power to the TV? Can't get a picture? Do you have the TV's power plugged into the back of the cable box?

The power to the TV can only be controled by the receiver if the TV is plugged into the A/C outlet in the back. You can plug the power cord straight into the electrical outlet or try changing the setting in the receiver for the A/C Outlet to Always on.
If the A/C outlet in the receiver is bad and you want to replace it, I suggest taking the receiver to any Solution Store, keep your cables and your remote, and we can swap it there.

Let me tell how it behaves,I turn off the TV and Cable box as I usually do by pushing the "TV" button and then the Master power button on the controller,TV goes off etc.
Next time I want to turn on the TV I push Master Power button and the "cable"button.TV acts like it wants to go on ,the red light goes off etc.No picture,I unplug the cable box from the power strip wait couple minutes plug power cable back into the power strip tv comes on waiting for signal 'cause the box is rebooting itself ,after it goes through the booting process TV picture comes on and everything acts normal.
I have switched cable boxes but its the same .

It sounds like the confusion is being caused by the use of the Master Power button. By default, when you press the Power button, it sends a "Turn On/Off" command to what ever device you have selected on the remote (TV,Cable,DVD, etc). By holding the power button, it is programed to send a "Turn On/Off" signal to all the devices programed in the Power squence in the remote. Typically this is TV then Cable. The tricky part is the time difference between pressing the button, and holding the button. If you don't hold it long enough, it only sends the command to one device, and not the other. And then once one is off and the other on, even if you do it the right way, all it is doing is sending a power signal to the off device (turning it on) and sending a power signal to the on device (turning it off) putting you right back where you started.
Basically I would suggest one of two things.
1. Once everything is working normally, and you want to turn the TV off, just hold the power button down while pointing in the general direction of the TV. You need to WAIT and watch for both the TV to turn off, and the power light on the box to go off. Usually you can hear them "click" off separately too. Then when you go to turn it back on, hold the same power button and wait to hear BOTH come on.
2. Don't hold the Master power button at all. Leave the box on all the time (it never truely is off anyway) and just turn the TV off. This can be done several ways. You can press TV and then press (DONT hold) power each time to turn the TV on or off. You can use the TV remote (one that came with TV) to turn the TV on and off. Or you can just press the power button on the TV. Which ever is easiest.
