Premier Internet with low speed

Have Motorola SBG6580 Cable Modem Gateway; Installed last week. Download is @31. Is this the best I can get with this device or can you tweek my settings for me remotely?

The modem there is showing the old information on its services, it should have reset and updated to this point if you want to try the connection again and test the speeds.

What Tier do you have? Premier? If so, you probably need the service code changed on your account to reflect you have a DOCSIS 3.0 device now.

Also, try testing from a wired connection.

I have Premier. I tested wired; 31.  How do I check Service Code? Can you check/change  it?
