Powerboost

Is Powerboost automatic or do you have to do something to activate it? My internet package says it comes with Powerboost but that is all it says, there is no explanation of whether or not it is Automatic.

Powerboost is included with all Preferred and higher Internet packages.  This fully automatic feature will provide a brief and temporary boost in Internet speeds during large transfers when there is available network capacity to do so.
