Thanks Michael,
yeah, we did the check the connections & rebooted the Modem, The Router, & the PC.
I tried the Cox Speed test, and Blah....Blah...
when I ran the Speed test a 2nd time I Noticed that the Zip Code was wrong.
it bumped up to 55,mbs. Download, and a 30 Mbs Up-load.
Now I get an Error when I access the Cox Page, Internet Tools, Speed Test.
it comes up with a "Http Error / java.lang.NullPointerException"
and the Screen is just random Asci text, and it also looks like Chinese Too...

Sorry Tiffany, But my I have but 1 PC.
The ones at work they restrict Our Online usage.
I was on the Cox website and checked my Modem, and they said that it was Okay...?
What Internet settings to adjust, (Tune..)
and Why am I still getting an erro trying to access a Cox Website with MY Cox account...?
(Speed test)

Thanks Tiffany,
I did that, as well as the Modem, & the Router.
and I uninstalled Java, and Reloaded Java....
So, Today is turning out Productive... NOT
the regular Online works great, I just don't think that I am getting what I am Paying For.
AND This time Cox's Speed test gave me the ERROR: "CONFIGURATION LOAD Failed"
and that I should contact the Web-Master???

Hey Tiffany & Michael,
thanks for the support & the assistance.
After still being flustered, I tried to Call COX... And the Phone gave me an error with the '611'...
so I had to go the long route and get the Number and Call Tech support.
and while on the phone with him it worked... the Cox speed test.
it came up with a 62.09 mbs Download, and a 32.03 mbs Upload speeds.
so I guess, all good for now...
Thank you, everyone...
