Poor customer service

Is there a telephone number for TV service? All I can find is upgraded support (more $$) and sales. I have a problem with an upgrade with the card in our DVR and NO ONE is able to help us.

What card in your DVR? What is the make/model of the DVR? Try calling the CableCARD help line (if you are referring to a CableCARD) at 1-877-820-8202, or try the Cisco or Motorola CableCard installation guides.
