Does anyone know why my Pioneer plasma flatscreen blinks around the same time every night - usually watching Jeoparody - and is the only time this occurs

The screen blinks? As in goes dim?
Some plasma screens take 400 to 700 watts, perhaps something is kicking in around the same time every day that causes a mini brownout?
