PIP

My PIP does not work with the new dvr record 6 shows at once?  Also, when I go to see some prerecorded shows it only records a few seconds instead of the whole show?  Can someone please address these problems.

Hi PIP,

I apologize for the delayed response. The PIP feature is not active with the Cisco receivers, at this time. Also the recording issue has been declared and will be addressed in a future update.
