There are actually 3 kinds of Cox PINs. One for your account/bill, one for EOD/PPV, and one for your voicemail. You can make them be all the same number, but they are still separate systems. Also the PIN doesn't really get changed, Cox just sends a signal that resets the entire Parental Control system on the receiver. Last, if you're in a pinch, pretty sure unplugging the receiver from power for about a hour will have the same effect as a EOD PIN reset....but don't tell anyone.

You can't. But you can call up Cox and have them reset the PIN.

I thought that the PIN could be changed at: https://www.cox.com/resaccount/my-profile.cox
No? I might be mistaken.
