Your confirmation may have provided you with a processing timeframe. I'm fairly certain that the department that processes those orders is closed on Sunday. If you need the channel added right away it would be better to call (even tech support can add a channel for you), or you can email us at cox.help@cox.com with your account info and verification. Please include your full name and a reference or link to this post.
