On-screen channel guide
A few weeks ago, the on-screen guide that was displayed on my Samsung smart TV changed its look and feel. The new guide is horrible and isn't as user- friendly. Even the text in the new guide is horribly pixelated. After restarting the cable box, the TV screen shows it as loading Rovi 5.7. Is there a was to revert to the previous on-screen guide?

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the guide. Software updates are sent to all applicable equipment and can't be rolled back individually. Have you checked the aspect ratio settings on the box and the TV?

I do not think Cox provides the guide for the smart TV the manufacturer does
