One phone line with 2 separate numbers

I just switched to COX from another provider.  The last company was able to set up one new telephone line with two numbers: a telephone number and for an additional $6.99 a separate (they called it a virtual phone number) number.  We used the second number as our fax number.

I wonder if this can be done with COX.
