OnDemand shows not up-to-date
None of the most recent programming from IFC, HBO, or Showtime are available OnDemand. This is especially irritating in regards to Showtime since Cox STILL will not offer Showtime Anytime - the only way to catch up on Showtime programming is through OnDemand.
When can I expect the OnDemand offerings to be refreshed?

I haven't seen any reports of issues with the content you've mentioned. Have you tried unplugging the power to the cable box to reload it? The SHOWTIME ANYTIME mobile app is available to Cox customers for the following devices:
• iPhone
• iPad
• Android phones
• Android tablets
• Kindle Fire
• Roku
• Amazon Fire TV

I have similar problem this week. I've been waiting for 5 days now for on demand to be updated and refreshed. I called several times, was put on hold, and was told by cox that it's not their fault and it's up to the networks to release the shows. I said typically the aired show becomes available on demand the next day but this time it's been several days and nothing. It's not only just one show and one network but all the current shows and all networks. What's going on? I wait for on demand to watch my favorite shows. I've been waiting for Under the Dome (CBS), The Strain (FX), *** on Wheels (AMC), etc. Please just tell me what's going on.

I'm having the same problem. Same thing happened several months ago, I phoned Cox and somehow got into an automated system where a phone tutorial walked me through resetting some things (mostly just an elaborate reboot). I can't remember all the instructions, but when it was over I pulled up On Demand and everything was up to date. This would suggest it is not an issue with networks not releasing the shows in a timely fashion, it's an issue of Cox's cable box not updating in a timely fashion. Wish I could find my way back to that tutorial.

It would actually depend on why you're having the problem what fixes it. In many cases the network providers aren't providing timely content updates however if the content is up to date your box may need to be reset as suggested. Simplest way to accomplish that is to disconnect power for two minutes and reconnect.

I don't think so cox moderator. I could understand if it's just some shows or some networks but it's all of them since last week! I don't think this is just a network problem anymore. Like many others here, I've reset and called several times. I've been checking and checking and still no new ones. It's been almost a week and haven't watched my shows. And I depend on On Demand because of my schedule. I can't even get a credit from Cox for this problem. Like I said before the turnaround for shows is usually 24 hours but not this time. Something is going on. I just checked all the networks again, and still nothing. The "just in" column is not even there on all networks. Please resolve this problem.

I am so tired of the same old answer of unplugging yadda yadda yadda. The problem is on the majority of the channels. When will this be resolved? My family is now referring to ONDEMAND as NONDEMAND!
