On Demand error V202 on Roamio Plus, used to work..

Getting error V202 on anything I try to watch.  No other errors, just V202.  On Demand worked when it was first installed, hadn't used it in a while and won't work now..

They've tried to troubleshoot over the phone and have sent a tech out with no luck.

Hi Ryanhoelzer,

What troubleshooting did the tech complete during your service call? Did the technician replace the CableCARD and/or the Tuning Adapter? Sometimes manually initiating a connection to the TiVo service will clear the V202 error. Does your Tuning Adapter have a solid amber light, or is the light flashing?

if you try a  a ondemand movie trailer get an error that's different than the v202?

I have had the same problems. I have a Tivo Bolt, and I get the same error. They have sent techs out twice, and I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone with them. I'm guessing we'll just have to do without pay-per-view from Cox until they make this a priority and figure it out. It's costing Cox money, because we can't order any shows from them, even if we wanted to.

Does this error come up on all On Demand content you try to view? Have you tried reinstalling the app? I was able to locate your account and updated some info, so let me know if it has made a difference.

ColleenD  the error seems to have gone away and now ondemand works.  Is there any way to find out what the problem was?

it's happening again v202 errors also the tcp port test on the TiVo fails when the cox ondemand gives the v202 error.  Like I posted lastnight something changed either on the Cox or Tivo side changed and cox ondemand worked until about 4P.M. central today. I made no changes on my side 

i just hooked up a new Tivo bolt and without the cable card and tuning adapter hookeked up. The tcp port test passes, but in the basic roaming with the cable card and tuning adapter installed the tcp port test fails.

yes I restarted even tried it again after putting the Roamio back in replacing the bolt.  yes the only thing I haven't done is contact TiVo,  but the v202 error says to call cox

yes it connects fine and loads the new info if there is any fine just doesn't pass the TCP Port test says error port 37 it worked word fine for about 8 hours yesterday when the tcp port test passed and had no no v202 errors while trying to watch cox ondemand, but this morning back to v202 error and tcp port on the Tivo failed testing

I have an email into them, bit it says it's a cox error, but like I mentioned it went away last night for a few hours, but this morning the error is back so it doesn't sound like it's something I did, but not sure what the v202 error is.
