Why can't COX support NoMoRobo? When I go into the site, they say COX doesn't support it. PLEASE, do something COX! We are inundated with robo calls!

The ROBOCALL service uses a phone feature that we do not currently offer. If anything changes, it will be printed in your statement under the section News From Cox. I can forward a request to add this feature to our Marketing Team for review. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com with the account details and a link to this thread.

I am on the highest residential telephone tier that Cox offers in Virginia and I am paying for anonymous call rejection. Neither this service nor selective call rejection blocks "unavailable" or "unknown" or "000-000-0000" or similar. We've just completed an election season and my phone has been lit up with "surveys" which are exempted from the FTC Do Not Call registry. And we have a presidential election season coming up, which will burn up a lot of electrons.
Evidently there is no solution in the works with Cox digital phone service, I see a lot of posts in the forum about NoMoRobo which Cox won't support. If not that, how about you guys come up with a solution that will block more of these? You've got plenty of really smart engineers over there.
The alternatives appear to be (1) don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number (my current solution), (2) buying a hardware device that plugs into the line and blocks numbers (such as CPR Blocker), or (3) porting my home number to a service that will block robocalls effectively (perhaps Ooma).
I'm willing to give the Cox engineers until spring but not much longer. My wife supports one party and I the other, so the volume of calls we get is impressive. I don't think we can stand it.
Thanks for your attention to this concern.

COX please listen! The issue is not that you don't support NoMoRobo. The issue is you don't support any method of SPAM CALL filtering. Please support SOMETHING!!!!!!!
