No internet access
I've been unable to use the Internet at my home since last night. Is there an outage? Or could this be a problem with my router or modem?

Problem seems to be resolved. Not sure how, but glad it is.

I tried looking from here however the modem doesn't appears to be online. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that has any improvement? Are any of your other services affected?

Thank you for responding. I only have Cox internet so I'm not sure about any of the other services being affected. I don't have any splitters. I did unplug my broadband modem and plugged it back in because that has always worked in the past. I ran a network diagnostic to try and troubleshoot the problem and it said the DNS server isn't responding. I have no idea what that means. Any ideas as to what I need to do next?

Check the back of your modem for a little button or hole market Reset. Stick a paper clip into the hole, hold for 3 seconds, and let go. You should see all the lights on the front of the modem go out momentarily, and then begin to come back on. Give the modem 2 or 3 minutes to finish the reset process. What lights are solid on the modem after this process? What lights continue blinking?
