Hi alfansome, power cycle the receiver again. Unplug the power cord for about two minutes then plug the power cord back in. While you are waiting to plug the power cord back in, check all connections, wall plate, and back of receiver for loose connections. Check splitters too if  you have any. After you plug the power cord back in, allow sufficient time for the cable box to download the guide information. Depending on how much information has to be downloaded this could take up to an hour, on average about 30 minutes.
