Netflix streaming is frozen

My Netflix streaming worked great and then suddenly just stopped working. It freezes at the opening frame of a movie and the movie will not load. Streaming works on all other websites we use. Netflix says there is nothing wrong on their end- it is an ISP bandwidth problem. But the bandwidth was fine until November 14. So, Cox increased speed now has too much bandwidth to stream Netflix? I bought a new modem and Netflix still does not stream. Do I have to reduce service to the basic level of service to get speeds slow enough to stream or what?

How are you trying to stream Netflix? PC? Console? Etc?

How did Netflix come to the conclusion it was a ISP issue? DId you provide them any data, or did they provide you any?

Not sure how reducing service would help your issue. Its not a over abundance of bandwidth thats the issue, but some kind of bottleneck. The question is what and where and how to fix it.

@streamers

I fixed a small problem with your account that should effectively double your provisioned download speeds.  See if this helps with your Netflix at all.
