Need a quick modem firmware check
Hello,
Just installed a new Arris 6190 modem. Upgraded from SB6141. Can you check to see if I have the latest firmware? Also I have the 150 Down package and only getting about 116 when running speed test from cox site. Can you check to see if im set up there correctly too?
Also when I did self install It did not have the Arris 6190 listed as a modem to activate so used the closest in drop down menu (RARM760) in case you see it listed wrong.

You are welcome to wait for a mod to look at your firmware, but FYI, it usually updates automatically in 1-2 days.
I am curious why you went from a SB6141 to a SB6190 when you only have Premier? Plan on going to Ultimate?
Last, as long as the system got the correct MAC address and is online, thats all that should matter.
::Edit:: Last I heard, SB6190 was at 9.1.93D.
