Gee, this is what...the 3rd time you've complained about this in a TECHNICAL forum? Anyway, is this charge JUST NOW appearing on your bill? If so, I suggest that you research your state's law about timely billing for services rendered or products purchased. Either you are leaving something out, or Cox is in violation.
