Multiple technicians and BBB complaint

I've had a total of 5 techs in my home and 3 line techs out.  I'm being told this is a distribution problem.  There is a representative i have been in communication with due to the BBB complaint.  Basically going on 3 months with this issue and nothing has improved.

I'm paying for COX Ultimate and intermittently i am barely able to get 10 mbps down and 5 up.  Someone needs to actually fix this problem.  Look at the entire issue and come to a conclusion.  I just now lost connection to everything i was doing and then it immediately reconnects.

I have been pressured into purchasing a new modem to the tune of $99.  Nothing has improved.

I've now filed an FCC complaint as well.

Mudstone,

It sounds like you've been through quite a lot trying to get this resolved and I would like to help.  I'll need to do some research on the account so we'll know how to proceed.  Please send an email with the name and address listed on the account to cox.help@cox.com, we'll look into this right away so we can get this fixed!

Mudstone,

I am a Cox customer since 1988 and live in Baton Rouge. I filed a complaint with local BBB. Cox missed EVERY reply deadline even though BBB gave Cox three email alerts as to deadlines.

Guess who won? If you guessed me then you were wrong. I supplied written evidence and Cox manager only said I was wrong, no documents to back up the claim.

First of year, you have right to opt out of mandatory arbitration or when Cox raises prices ,etc. Look at Customer rights under Cox service agreement. Save time by reading last paragraph. When you opt out, you can complain to BBB, go to arbitration or sue in small claims court. Your choice---not Cox  choice of venue. Please give you a free gift. OPT OUT of the MANDATORY ARBITRATION clause for 2015!!!!

BBB is nothing more than a funding plan for business that pay to state they are in good standing and companies can put BBB accredited on their letterhead and business cards.

Look on web to find articles that state what I just said.

Have you gotten anywhere with Cox? I am having issues with Cox and looking for some answers. I have been having slow internet speeds, intermittent disconnect and reconnects before I can turn on and set up a computer direct to modem so they can see and I get nowhere near speeds they advertise.
