Multimedia drop amplifier
My scientific Atlanta multimedia drop box finally expired. What replacement is a good buy. I need 7 ports.

Its hard to say without knowing what your signal requirements are. As in how much signal you would have going into the amplifier, and what signal you would need coming out. Also, as the moderator mentioned above, configuring the wires in such a way where you don't need a ampifier is optimal. Especially if you have a internet or phone modem.
With that said, if your just looking for some DIY, maybe respond with model number of your current(broken) amp and we can suggest a direct replacement.
