Motorola Surfboard SB6141 problems
My SB6141 has worked great but just recently started failing with the following errors from the log:

I don't see a way to upgrade the firmware but that shows up as:
Model Name: SB6141
Vendor Name: Motorola
Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.16-SCM00-NOSH
Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3
Hardware Version: 7.0
Firmware Build Time: Feb 16 2016 11:28:04
Cox tech support reset it remotely which made it work for about 10 minutes then back to not working.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not seeing the modem online when I look from here although the rest of your equipment appears to be working still. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing and seeing if that works?
