Motorola LED colors

Confused here...

I have an Arris/Motorola SB6141. LEDs #1 (power) and #4 (online) are not illuminating as described in the manual. They initially are green (as they should be), but as soon as LED #2 (receive) and #3 (send) change to BLUE, and LED #5 starts flashing BLUE, LEDs #1 and #4 change to an off-white shade. Arris tech support claims that this is due to the strong blue light of LEDs #2, #3, and #5.

Any other SB6121/SB6141 owners out there having the same experience? Otherwise, the modem is working fine, getting 60/7.5 MBPS performance from a 50/5 MBPS account.

I would agree with the Arris technician. I just power cycled my SB6141 and got a similar light sequence. If you actually look inside, they all look like blue LED, but have a green plastic filter over it. They vary the color by increasing/decreasing light output?  Light #1 (Power) and light #4 (Online) have no secondary light function, so if your seeing anything other then green, its just a non technical anonymity.

I suppose, thanks. It's just strange seeing off-white LEDs for #1 and #4 when the manual says they should be green, and they are green momentarily during power up.
