Modem/router problem
I have a Netgear CG3000D. Last night my internet stopped working. Checked the modem/router and the two lights at the top (the radio and link buttons) had green lights, but no other lights were on at all including the power light. I tried unplugging for several hours and I tried using the factory reset button but neither worked. What should I try next?

I tried looking from here however the modem is showing offline for me as well. If power cycling it hasn't helped it may be time to have a technician come out and troubleshoot further.

I am having the same issue, the modem reboots.... I had the new one swapped out and this new one is doing it also....
