Does the modem upgrade cost ant money at all to upgrade?

Hi Brian_77,

If you are renting a modem from Cox or receiving Internet through an EMTA from Cox, you may take the modem into a Cox Solutions Store to swap for a Docsis 3 modem. If you purchased the modem, you can upgrade by purchasing another modem from Cox or a retailer of your choice. You can also chose to rent a WiFi modem.
