Modem not working?
Had a big storm the other night and now my modem isn't working. All the lights come on, but no internet. I've tried resetting the modem and router multiple times. I have plugged the modem directly into my PC, still no internet. It was working fine on Tuesday night, storm came in and doesn't work Wednesday morning.

The modem appears to be online when I look from this end however it doesn't look like a computer or router is plugged into it from what I can tell. Is the PC light on the modem lit?

I've tried three different ethernet cables. I've plugged and unplugged them from my router and PC. Could the Ethernet port on the back of the modem be messed up? Could I go to a cox store and exchange this one out?
Also, I have my network settings up on my PC and it doesn't even show that I have an ethernet cord plugged it. There is just no connection between the modem and PC.
