McAfee
I think know one in Cox knows how to repair their own JUNK. Third day trying to download McAfee . But I moved about 10 days ago. The system has been screwed up since. If they weren't the only show in town I would of pulled the plug on COX. All I want to do is down load McAfee but their ** won't let me. Says I am not log in. An yet their Net says I am.
They can't find anyone in Cox that knows how to fix their ***. Mean while I have no protection.

If its junk, why use it? Maybe try another (better IMO) option like Avast Free or AVG Free or Avira Free? Mcafee doesn't belong to Cox, they only license it to their customers. My guess is when you moved, and they created a new account number, the connection between Cox and McAfee got broken.
Also, why do your tags include IP issues? Are you having other problems?
