Can any one help ?

Here is my problem

I have 2 laptops. I had to wipe both of them and reinstall mcafee. Cox is now saying I have for licenses. Not two i only have one left of the five. I can rename them in manage but i cant remove them. Was told to deactivte account but When i do i am still left with one license. Can any one help me. Or have an idea

IS there a another number for them. I have tried and tried waited on phone for 3 hours no answer. Can you help ?
