Hi, does your laptop already have an anti-virus program pre-installed on it? Are you getting any error messages when you try to download the program? Or while it is attempting to install?
I am having the same issue. I have had it on my laptop for the last year. I recently noticed that it has not been scanning. When I viewed my account it shows inactive. I removed the program to reinstall and it will not load. The download will open, I click on it and nothing happens. A box appears with the message of "We're having trouble installing your McAfee software. Click OK and wait a moment while we fix the issue. Once fixed, we will automatically continue your installation from where it left off". I click OK and nothing happens. Please advise. Thank you
