Mac Cloud Drive App and iOS App

Hello

I am able to log in to the drive.cox.com site and upload/download files no problem. However when I try to use the apps for Mac or iOS, I cannot sign in. I get an error message login in failed. I have double checked user name and password so that is not the problem.

I am on Mac Yosemite 10.10.1 and iOS 8.1.1
