Ok, I have been getting a slew of emails, supposedly from Cox telling me that my billing information records are out of date and failure to update will result in account termination. There is a link that I am instructed to follow to confirm my info. This has not seemed like Cox, so I have usually just labelled it as spam and got rid of it. However, it keeps reappearing. Anyone else getting this?

Cox will never ask for personal info over a email. The most they will do is ask you to call in. Sounds like phishing.

Hello drderek,
This does sound like phishing emails and I encourage you to forward them to phishingreport@cox.net so we can research this issue for you.
Thanks,
