Is my automatic bill pay working or not?
I set up automatic payment so that I wouldn't forget to pay my bill every month. So last month I didn't go online to pay my bill because I figured the automatic payment would work. But my payment due date came and went without a payment being processed. So now it says that I owe double; last months in addition to the next amount due at the end of this month.
When I click "view my bill", it says the automatic payment is at the end of this month, so it's almost like the automatic payment is every two months. I can't imagine that's right.
So my question is: Is my automatic payment working, or am I currently late for this month's bill??

Could have something to do with where you were in the billing cycle when signing up for auto bill pay. You're best off contacting their billing team for this question though. This is a technical forum only.
