Is IP QoS a good thing for the consumer?

If so, thats just normal QoS that TPlink is trying to make sound fancy and has nothing to do with Cox. How do you mean "good for consumer"? Its mainly for people who have slower upload, but it doesn't make anything faster, it just moves the bottleneck from Cox to inside your router. Most people uploads these days make the upload QoS on most consumer routers pointless.

Yeah, thanks. I was worried that it gave your isp more control to slow you down when they see you having too much fun. Sorry Cox, just saying.
