Internet Speed
Why did my premier internet speed drop? It's now 132, but it did drop to 68. It was around 161 to 172.

Depends on usage, if you are on wifi, and will occasionally show blips. Average should be around 150 (normally it will show 150 ±20 to 25%)
The occasional hiccup isn't abnormal - it's consistent slow speeds that is an issue. But your readings indicate, at first glance, that there is a high probability or network activity/downloads going in the background.

I did recently install Advance System Care. I uninstalled it and everything seems to be fine now. Thank you for your time.
