Internet Speed Slow
My connection speed slows down to an almost halt around 1PM to about 6PM just about every day. I haven’t noticed it as much on the weekdays as I am at work but on the weekends it has been frustratingly bad. I have already called tech support and was told everything is fine with their equipment and sent to a company who will charge me to fix my computer.

Your Rx hasn't gotten above -17dBmV in the last 14 days, when it's not supposed to go below -15 and should ideally be around 0. Your DS SNR hasn't gotten above 30 when it should be a bare minimum of 32 and really should be at least 35.
Unless the signals were somehow much better at the time you last spoke to someone, we really missed something there. I would double-check the cable connectors you have access to in order to make sure nothing is loose or damaged, but really the best bet at this point is a service call.
