Internet speed fluctuations
I've noticed that over the last few weeks my internet connection has been fluctuating wildly between approx 20 mbps and 100 mbps. Web pages sometimes load so slowly I think I'm back on an old dial up connection, and other times it's very fast. What could be causing this? Today using the cox tool it's showing a high of 125.85 mbps download speed and a low of 49 mbps. Using http://www.speedtest.net switching between different servers the speed varies from a high of 80 mbps to a low of 18 mbps. Ping times range from 21 to 28 ms.
